Core strength, flexibility & mobility = NO MORE BACK PAIN
In fact the benefit of Pilates goes beyond just another exercise program.
*Pilates straightens and improves your posture
*It increases lung capacity through the application of correct breathing techniques - Connecting Breath, Mind & body movement.
*The “Roll Up” exercise releases SYNOVIAL FLUID into the body lubricating joints.... it’s like oiling the joints with Q20
DR JOSEPH PILATES (the man behind the method 1880 – 1967)
His own sickly childhood made him passionate about ways to overcome sickness through conditioning and strengthening the body.
During World War 1 he invented exercise apparatus for inactive patients by attaching springs to their hospital beds. He invented ways to exercise their limbs, stretch their spines and develop core strength while bedridden. The success of his exercise program did not stop at the sick. He went on to train the most elite armed forces of the British Military. By the 1960’s he was training celebrities like heavy weight boxing sensation Max Schmelling.
Today this phenomenal exercise program continues to bring HEALTH & WELLNESS to those who apply the technique.
