The benefits of dancing are many and varied, not to mention increasing self confidence and improving social skills. From 6 years to 86 years, dancing put you in tune with life and other people.

 

Whether you are a beginner or an experience dancer, I will be teaching you to dance in a hurry or improve your existing dance style.
