Wednesday: 10:30am, 4pm and 5:30pm

Fee: R40 per class payable monthly in advance
1 on 1 Pilates Classes on request
Duration: 1Hour
Fee: R200 per class
DRESS CODE
Track suit or leggings (gym wear of your choice). T-Shirt, sweat towel,
water bottle. (we work bare foot)

Discount for Wedding couples that enrol on a 10 hour course.
DRESS CODE
